As a complete normal I'm kinda surprised that Mike didn't go for essentially a meatloaf. Sweet flavored meat, tomato sauce, tomato paste and a vegetable? That just kinda screams meat     See More . You could have combined it with some bread or even the potato gnocchi and some other vegetables, maybe something like a jam or some other more savory fruits (cranberry, etc) and made like meatloaf bites that should still be able to cook in the time allotted.    See Less
