You really don’t have to say halal chicken and lamb, it’s just chicken and lamb the halal part is assumed since they’re Muslim owned     See Less

It makes me worried why they need so much sauce to mask the flavour/taste/smell of the meat.. i've seen similar dishes in the middle east with something like 5% - if that - of the sauce.     See More sternised middle eastern dishes are no where in the ball park at the OG's.    See Less
