The Trinidad "seasoning peppers" ! My former chef -boss found those at the green market in NYC but was never able to determ8ne what they actually were, biologically. Like Scotch     See More t very mild. The smell!!! He made little bottles of sauce with them and we served with raw oysters.
They JUST showed up in my green market in Atlanta last month, and I was SO excited. Going to bottle some into a sauce in me! Trini food really is delicious, too!    See Less
