Looks like it fits onto a bucket... Would be great for making large quantities at a remote location without power - but that's pretty niche.

This is for industrial kitchens of low(er) skill employees. Not for home use. Think fast food restaurants that need to chop hundreds of tomatoes.

As a chef I could definitely do it quicker with a knife. However great for people who cook for a large family and hate chopping!
