Why does the movie, "Fargo" come to mind?

This is for industrial kitchens of low(er) skill employees. Not for home use. Think fast food restaurants that need to chop hundreds of tomatoes.
As a chef I could definitely do it quicker with a knife. However great for people who cook for a large family and hate chopping!
Washing that would be a nightmare. Same goes for sharpening.
